The Royal Liver Building 360 Tour is a visitor attraction based in the iconic Royal Liver Building. The tour of the west clock tower starts in the Visitor Centre, before heading to the 10th floor where we get amazing views of the river Mersey and the Wirral, from there we head up to behind the clock faces themselves, where we have an audio-visual show, then onto the 15th floor, where we get amazing 360 degree views.
As a Royal Liver Building 360 Tour Experience Presenter you will be responsible for providing multiple tours throughout the day, so the role is quite physically demanding. You will be keen to learn and deliver an exceptional guest experience, and have a passion about delivering expert knowledge to our guests.
Experience working with diverse groups of people is required as you will be showing visitors around presenting them with the relevant information. You will need to ensure that all safe practices are being followed so we need people who are safety conscious and follow guidelines well.
Our ideal candidate has an interest in history and promoting the heritage of the city. They will also have a friendly and outgoing personality

Responsibilities and Duties:
To provide guided tours of the Royal Liver Building following a script (which you can make your own and let your personality shine through).
To work in the retail area promoting and driving sales for the business.
To maintain the tour route and equipment to the highest levels and to report any issues to the relevant persons accordingly.
To ensure the safety of all persons under supervision at all times, reporting any incidents or potential hazards.
To provide an excellent experience for visitors and to offer the highest levels of engagement with them at all times (captivating the audience for a period of time).
To ensure knowledge of the building is accurate and maintains the integrity of the history of the building.
To work with the management on tour development to ensure that the guest experience stays exciting.
To support the company with special events and promotions.
To work to develop respectful working relationships with the sites other companies and their staff.
To be a good ambassador for the company reflecting the core values that it promotes.
Experience & Person Specification:
To have demonstrable experience working with the public.
To have worked forward facing customer service roles ideally within leisure, hospitality, or retail.
Strong and confident interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
Experience of communicating to large diverse groups.
Organised and motivated and able to manage own workload.
A real team player who supports colleagues and actively respects diversity within a team.
To have a personality that exudes confidence and is dynamic leaving a lasting impression on visitors.
Understanding of individual responsibility in complying with all Health and Safety policies and procedure.
