Here at Electricity Asset Services (EAS), we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our family run business. This role will be based at our head office in Lochgelly and sites throughout Central Scotland working 45 hours per week. This role involves travel; therefore, a full driving licence is required.

EAS specialise in procurement, design, management and execution of all works associated with High and Low voltage underground electricity networks on behalf of major framework contractors and Distribution Network Operators (DNO’s).
We have over 40 years combined experience specific to our services offered such as HV/LV cable jointing and terminating, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, 24 hours emergency call out, project management and more. Our purpose is to positively contribute to the electrical industry- providing value to our clients, customer and our people.
Purpose
As a supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that teams on site are supported, and working safely and efficiently. You will act as a link between the Project Manager, on-site teams, and customers, providing clear guidance and maintaining high standards of performance. A key focus of the role is to ensure that all projects are delivered in line with company procedures, quality expectations, and health and safety standards.
Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities
The Supervisor will be expected to perform any of the following tasks:
- Supervising and coordinating daily activities of site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards
- Acting as a key point of contact between the Project Manager, customers, and on-site teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution
- Monitoring compliance with company procedures, risk assessments and work instructions
- Conducting regular site inspections and toolbox talks to promote safe working practices
- Organising materials, and equipment to ensure projects progress efficiently
- Any other duties as reasonably required
