Responsibilities

- Coordinate internal communications to ensure staff are informed of organisational updates and policies.
- Monitor public perception and respond appropriately to media inquiries or public concerns.
- Organise events, campaigns, and outreach programmes to strengthen community engagement.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Maintain an up-to-date archive of communication materials and media coverage.
Requirements
- Proven experience in public relations or related communication roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation software.
- A proactive approach with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Degree or diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of current trends in digital communication and media landscapes is advantageous.
