Wilson Hawkins is looking for an enthusiastic, personable and organised Junior Lettings Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to build a future in property, working directly with landlords and tenants to match great people with great homes.
You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our lettings business — from conducting viewings and registering tenant enquiries, to liaising with landlords and supporting the progression of tenancies from first contact through to move-in. You'll be mentored by experienced consultants and given full training, so no prior lettings experience is required — just the right attitude, strong people skills, and a genuine interest in property.
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will work closely with the Senior Lettings Consultants and wider branch team to support the smooth running of our lettings service across Wilson Hawkins.
Reporting directly to the Branch/Lettings Manager, you will support viewings, tenant registrations, landlord communication, and administrative processes, while developing your knowledge of the lettings process and the local property market.
You will be expected to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, provide excellent customer service at every stage, and take ownership of your own development as you grow into the role.
