No previous care experience is necessary – we provide full paid training and support you every step of the way.
Pay Rates
- £14.25 per hour (Weekdays 8am–6pm)
- £14.75 per hour (Weekday evenings after 6pm)
- £15.75 per hour (Weekends)
- 40p per mile paid between client visits
Hours
- Flexible part-time contracts (16–35 hours per week)
- Working hours available between 7:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday
- Every other weekend availability is required
- Flexible working patterns available
What You'll Do
As a Home Care Assistant, you'll support clients in their own homes by helping them remain safe, happy and independent.
Your duties may include:
- Personal care including bathing, dressing and grooming
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and conversation
- Shopping and collecting prescriptions
- Accompanying clients to appointments
- Supporting clients to remain independent in their own homes
Every visit lasts a minimum of one hour, allowing you time to provide quality care and build genuine relationships.
