Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive, organised and creative individual to support the day-to-day running of Glass School - the education partner of Warm Glass UK. This varied role combines website management, digital marketing, customer support, and technical administration.
Working closely with the Glass School Manager, you'll help deliver an outstanding experience for our students while supporting the development of new learning opportunities. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies and working across multiple projects in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Website & Digital Systems
- Maintain & update the Glass School website, including pages, templates, menus and promotional content.
- Manage website updates in line with product launches, courses and marketing campaigns.
- Develop, maintain and troubleshoot automation workflows using Zapier to connect Shopify with Thinkific.
- Monitor digital systems and proactively identify, investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure online platforms remain accurate, functional and provide an excellent user experience.
Marketing
- Support the planning, creation and scheduling of email campaigns for promotions, student communications and newsletters.
- Create, monitor and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest and TikTok.
- Assist in producing engaging marketing content, including graphics, photography, video and written copy for social media, email and advertising.
- Carry out photography and image editing for marketing purposes where appropriate.
- Support external videographers during filming.
Customer Service
- Deliver friendly, professional customer support via email and telephone.
- Assist students with purchases, account management, password resets and general enquiries.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Provide cover for the Glass School Facilitator by hosting online classes via Zoom when required.
Technical Support
- Provide technical support to Glass School and Warm Glass customers regarding kiln glass processes and kiln firing (subject to existing knowledge and training).
- Escalate technical queries where appropriate while maintaining excellent customer care.
Person Specification
Essential Experience & Knowledge
- Experience maintaining e-commerce websites, particularly Shopify (or similar platforms such as Squarespace).
- Understanding of website automation platforms such as Zapier.
- Experience providing excellent customer service.
- Experience planning and supporting email and social media marketing campaigns.
- Good working knowledge of Zoom or similar video conferencing platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
Desirable Experience & Knowledge
- Technical knowledge of kiln glass processes.
- Knowledge of the creative arts sector.
- Experience working within education, training or creative businesses.
Essential Skills
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
- Image editing skills using Adobe Express, Photoshop or similar software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good spreadsheet skills with the ability to produce and interpret basic reports.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Desirable Skills
- Basic video editing skills.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Experience using Thinkific or other Learning Management Systems.

Pay: £29,090.00-£30,081.00 per year
