What’s in it for you:
This role will be based in at our CLAAS Harvest Centre Waipara with flexibly required to travel to Yaldhurst CLAAS Harvest Centre for initial training and other times as required. This is a permanent part-time role, and we can offer flexible days and times for 25 to 32.5 hours per week.
Are you organised, proactive, and enjoy being the go-to person behind the scenes? Here’s what your days will look like:
- Wrapping up service jobs and making sure the paperwork’s sorted.
- Raising purchase orders and sending out invoices.
- Managing warranty claims for the branch.
- Being the friendly voice for all customer queries.
- Lending a hand to the management team with day-to-day tasks.
You are an experienced administrator who
- Is super organised and love helping a team work smarter.
- Stays calm under pressure and bring a positive attitude to the table.
- Is a great communicator and comfortable talking to all sorts of people.
- Is experienced using Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment with knowledgeable and supportive team players
