Will’s Meals is looking for a strong Kitchen Supervisor to help lead our new Food Hall location.
We’re an established and growing food brand known for quality food, high standards, and fast-paced service. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for someone dependable, organised, and driven to take control of the day-to-day kitchen operation and help build a successful site.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for keeping the kitchen running efficiently, managing stock and ordering, leading the team during service, and maintaining excellent food and hygiene standards.
What The Role Involves
- Managing the daily kitchen operation
- Leading prep and service shifts
- Opening and closing the site
- Managing stock levels, deliveries, and ordering
- Monitoring wastage and portion control
- Supporting and motivating kitchen staff
- Ensuring food quality and consistency
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Helping organise rotas and day-to-day operations
- Working closely with the owners to improve systems and performance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a busy kitchen environment
- Previous experience supervising or managing a team
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Someone who leads by example and works well under pressure
- Good understanding of stock control and kitchen systems
- Reliable, proactive, and able to take ownership
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
