Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a positive and welcoming shopping environment.
- Apply strategic sales techniques, including cross-selling and upselling, to optimise sales opportunities.
- Ensure the store's organisation and presentation align with company standards.
- Process transactions with precision and assist in maintaining effective inventory control.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, ideally in high-end retail.
- Dependable, proactive, and capable of handling tasks autonomously.
- In-depth knowledge of current trends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items.
- Flexible for working hours including weekends and bank holidays
