Senior Parts Advisor – Nottingham (Abbeyfield Road)
Full‑Time, Permanent | Automotive Parts Experience Required
Sandicliffe is recruiting an experienced Senior Parts Advisor to join our busy Nottingham dealership on Abbeyfield Road. This role is ideal for a skilled automotive Parts professional with proven dealership experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Automotive Parts Advisor experience is essential. Applications without relevant experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling workshop, trade and retail parts enquiries
- Identifying and ordering vehicle parts using manufacturer systems
- Managing stock levels, inventory accuracy and goods inwards
- Supporting and mentoring junior Parts team members
- Preparing quotations and processing invoices
- Delivering excellent customer service and meeting departmental KPIs
About You
- Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor (essential)
- Strong technical parts knowledge and system experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident working in a busy dealership environment
- Full UK driving licence
