Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in our fully private dental & aesthetics clinic Chertsey, Surrey. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. Responsibilities
- Assist with the organisation and coordination of daily tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Support team members with various administrative duties as required
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Contribute to ongoing projects by providing timely and accurate support
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to facilitate smooth operations
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Set up the dental treatment room each morning and between patients
- Manage the autoclave and maintain the decontamination room to required standards
- Follow all general practice protocols and compliance procedures
- Complete and maintain all relevant clinical and administrative forms
- Be familiar with the SOE (Software of Excellence) dental software
- Be able to carry out digital dental scanning
- Have working knowledge and familiarity with Invisalign systems
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or organisational role is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in basic IT applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Invisand scanning
