We’re an experienced team launching a brand-new Greek Gyro spot in a prime location – the Manchester Arndale food court.

We’re at the start of building something — and as a Crew Member, you’ll be responsible for ensuring standards are met.
We’re looking for individuals who will “go all in” on creating a great experience for our customers and our team. We have fast expansion plans so there is a great opportunity here for those who want to grow.

The Role:
As a Crew Member, you’ll be right at the heart of it.
You’ll move between front and back of house — taking orders, serving customers, prepping food, and keeping things running smoothly.
No two shifts are the same, but the goal always is:
Great food, done properly, with good energy behind it.
You don’t need loads of experience — just the right attitude. We’ll teach you the rest.
What you’ll be doing:
Looking After Customers
- Welcome people with a relaxed, upbeat approach
- Keep things friendly, fast and easy
- Make small moments count — a quick chat, a bit of help, a better experience than expected
Serving Great Food
- Prepare gyros, sides and ingredients with full training provided
- Make sure everything leaving the kitchen is done to company standard
- Work at pace without cutting corners
Keeping Standards High
- Keep front and back of house clean, organised and ready to go
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards properly — no shortcuts
- Stay on top of what’s happening around you and step in when needed
Working as a Team
- Communicate clearly with your team during service
- Stay calm during busy moments — we go all in when it gets hectic
- Help create a shift where everyone’s on it and backing each other

Experience:
No experience is required but any hospitality experience is welcomed.
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
