Overview
Burgate Manor Farm Holidays is looking for a reliable and hardworking housekeeper to join our friendly team at our family-run farm. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to work on our busy farm where your efforts directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the overall success of our holiday cottages.
- Working days: Mondays and Fridays 10am - 4pm, although hours can vary depending on the time of year.
- All cleaning products and equipment is supplied.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean all areas of the cottages, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces, ensuring they meet cleanliness standards.
- Inspect cottages for any maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly to the management team.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and requesting replenishments as needed.
- Working independently and as part of our friendly team.
Skills
- Experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to work well within our friendly team.
- Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work and has excellent attention to detail.
Pay: £15.50 per hour
