Hours: 40.75 hours this will include alternate Saturdays and 1 Sunday every month

About the role
- This individual will be the first point of contact for customer queries and information regarding stock.
- Working as part of the Advisory team, this individual will need the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively to ensure service requirements are met to exceptional standards.
- This role will involve building a rapport with customers, providing excellent customer service and meeting customer and management expectations.
- Various systems are used to ensure correct parts are advised and ordered; therefore, a standard level of IT competency is required.
- This is an entry level role and all training will be provided. The successful candidate will be appointed a coach/mentor to develop their knowledge of parts and in house systems
Requirements:
· A passion for motor vehicle and the automotive industry
· Computer literate
· Enthusiastic and energetic
· Reliable, flexible and punctual - weekend work is required on alternate weekends
