We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team!

Hi... this role will be a variety of shifts!
We are looking to open later until 9pm from 830am Mon/Fri.( From middle of September.)
But start date will be ASAP! As i need to train you.
Saturday & Sunday shifts will be 10am/4pm
so flexibility is key!
You will close down/lock up, so experience in this is essential, although training will be given.
Giving fantastic service is a must!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items meet safety and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including barista stations and food prep areas
- Serve customers efficiently while providing friendly, attentive service that enhances their experience
- Manage cash register operations, handle transactions accurately, and balance tills at shift end
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and ensure customer safety
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with general duties such as restocking supplies and cleaning
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred! a passion for coffee and hospitality is key.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory checks
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Basic food preparation skills to assist with light kitchen duties as needed
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude to connect with customers and team members
