We're looking for experienced Solicitors who are ready to take the next step in their career and lead within a growing Financial Mis-Selling litigation team in Manchester.
This isn't simply another fee-earning position.
We're looking for Senior Solicitors who can lead from the front technically strong lawyers who are comfortable supporting other fee earners, driving standards and taking ownership within a busy litigation environment.You may already be working as a Team Leader, or you may be an experienced Solicitor who has reached the point where you're ready to make that move.
The Opportunity
- You'll join an established legal operation handling high-volume Financial Mis-Selling litigation, including matters arising from motor finance and PCP agreements.
- Alongside managing your own responsibilities, you'll play an important role in the performance and development of the wider team.
- We're particularly interested in candidates who can combine strong litigation knowledge with the ability to coach, supervise and get the best out of others.
Who Are We Looking For?
- We'd like to speak with Solicitors who have:- Strong litigation experience- Experience within Financial Mis-Selling, Consumer Litigation, Motor Finance, PCP/PPI or a closely related
- Previous supervisory or mentoring experience
- The confidence to support and develop junior lawyers and fee earners
- Strong technical and commercial judgement
- The ability to manage competing priorities within a busy caseload environment
