Pinkstones MG & Used Cars is a successful, family-owned dealership with a reputation for outstanding customer service and professionalism. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Dual Service & Parts Advisor to join our aftersales team.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines front-of-house service reception with parts administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Service Advisor Duties
- Welcoming customers and providing a professional first point of contact.
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and MOTs.
- Liaising with technicians throughout the day to keep customers informed.
- Preparing estimates and explaining work required.
- Processing invoices and arranging vehicle collection.
- Maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service journey.
Parts Advisor Duties
- Ordering, receiving and managing parts stock.
- Supplying technicians with required parts efficiently.
- Identifying and sourcing parts using manufacturer systems.
- Managing stock levels and assisting with stock control.
- Processing retail and trade parts enquiries.
- Ensuring accurate pricing and invoicing.
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor or similar motor trade role (preferred).
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be organised with strong attention to detail.
- Be confident using computer systems and dealership software.
- Work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Be a proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
