Working Hours - Full-time, Monday – Friday
Salary - £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE)

Brief Role Description –
We are looking for an experienced Flat Roofing Estimator to join a growing commercial team, preparing accurate and competitive tenders for commercial, industrial and public-sector roofing projects. You will manage the estimating process from initial enquiry through to contract award, working closely with clients, suppliers and internal contracts teams.
Duties will include:
- Preparing detailed estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Completing material take-offs and cost analysis
- Carrying out site and roof surveys where required
- Obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Liaising with clients, architects, consultants and main contractors
- Managing multiple tenders and identifying commercial risks
- Providing clear project handovers following successful bids
About You:
- Minimum 3 years' experience within estimating, project management or contracts management in UK construction
- Previous roofing sector experience required, ideally commercial flat roofing
- Strong knowledge of single-ply, liquid waterproofing, hot melt and built-up felt systems
- Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications and tender documents
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident carrying out site and roof surveys
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence required
