We are looking to expand our team with an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender.
The Role
As Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving an outstanding range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages to the highest standard. You will be the face of the bar, ensuring every guest feels welcomes, valued, and treated to a truly memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision and creativity
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, champagne and mixology trends
- Ensure the bar area is immaculately presented and maintained at all times
- Build genuine and long-lasting relationships with the guests, anticipating their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with the wider front-of-house team to deliver a seamless service
What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending experience in fine-dining cocktail environment
- A passion for hospitality and delivering world-class guest experiences
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, and current industry trends
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, personable manner
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Pay: £16.00-£17.00 per hour
