Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

- Assist customers with ordering, queries, and technical support as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs and upsell where appropriate.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback accurately.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential.
