Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Private Clients Insurance Advisor to join our dynamic team in Eastbourne. Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with private clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
- Conduct detailed analysis of clients’ existing policies and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Negotiate terms and premiums with clients to secure favorable agreements while maintaining company standards.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, renewals, and policy adjustments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies aimed at attracting high-net-worth individuals.
- Provide clear, professional communication via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in Portuguese or other languages are highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in sales administration and analysis skills to assess client needs accurately.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to private client services.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a professional demeanour.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or direct client outreach is preferred but not essential.
