Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Sales Administrator to support our sales team with administrative tasks and customer engagement. Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with sales administration duties, including processing orders, invoicing, and maintaining sales records.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support sales activities.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring timely communication with clients and internal teams via Microsoft Outlook.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and supporting client needs effectively.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organisation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow across the organisation.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Experience with Sage or similar accounting/ERP systems is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Good IT literacy and computer skills, including familiarity with general computer literacy principles.
- Proven experience in sales administration or administrative roles is preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate time management skills and work independently when required.
