Electrical Project Manager
Permanent | Office‑based with site travel
We’re recruiting an Electrical Project Manager to deliver domestic, commercial, and industrial projects from tender through to completion. You’ll manage a mix of new‑build, refurbishment, and small works schemes, ensuring safe, high‑quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple electrical projects from estimating to final account
- Carry out surveys, quotes, tenders, and technical submissions
- Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and programme milestones
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all sites
- Build strong client relationships
- Produce reports, RFIs, and handover documentation
Requirements
- Experienced Electrical Project Manager
- Qualified electrician with strong technical knowledge
- Confident running projects independently
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and planning skills
- Excellent communication and leadership
- Full UK driving licence
- ECS Gold/Black Card
· Strong understanding of electrical installations and BS 7671
· City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation 18th Edition (BS 7671)
Desirable
- NICEIC QS experience
- C&G 2391
- Estimating experience
