Half Million Café was founded in 2018 in Saudi Arabia. Named after its initial investment amount, Half Million is rapidly expanding, regularly opening new stores across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking enthusiastic team members to join the Flagship store in London and be part of our exciting international expansion journey.

Responsibilities:
1. Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Create latte art to enhance the customer experience.
2. Customer Service
- Provide exceptional service and engage warmly with customers.
- Take orders accurately and handle payments efficiently.
- Educate customers about menu items and brewing techniques.
3. Hygiene & Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
4. Team Collaboration
- Support team members during busy periods.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
5. Adherence to SOPs
- Follow company standard operating procedures (SOPs) for beverage preparation, customer service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Ensure consistency and quality in every drink and interaction.
Requirments:
- Possess 1-2+ years of experience as a Barista, showcasing expertise in the field.
- Expertise in espresso-based beverage preparation and latte art.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for coffee craftsmanship.
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting, contributing positively to a team.
- Exude warmth and possess remarkable customer service skills.
