Financial Services Administrator
A Financial Services Administrator is the central support within a financial advice practice, ensuring clients receive a smooth, professional and well‑managed experience. This is a fast‑paced role involving direct client contact, case progression and coordination with advisers, lenKey Responsibilities
- Client communication -Speaking with clients by phone and email, answering queries, providing updates and ensuring they feel supported throughout their financial journey.
- Processing new business - Submitting applications, maintaining accurate records and progressing cases in line with FCA requirements.
- Handling client queries - Responding promptly and professionally to questions about policies, valuations, mortgage progress and protection cases.
- Producing switch letters - Preparing clear, compliant and accurate switch letters for investment or pension changes.
- Mortgage application processing - Packaging mortgage cases, checking documentation, submitting applications and liaising with lenders to keep everything moving.
- Liaising with solicitors - Coordinating updates, chasing progress and ensuring legal aspects of mortgage and protection cases stay on track.
- Producing valuations - Generating investment, pension and policy valuations using provider platforms and internal systems.
- Compliance and FCA standards- Ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory expectations.
