Working with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you’ll help deliver urgent care services so that patients receive timely, safe and compassionate support when they need it most.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in helping services run smoothly. You will support clinicians, patients and colleagues across Urgent Treatment Centre's, providing both administrative and operational support. Your contribution will help create a positive patient experience and ensure the service operates effectively 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
There are multiple vacancies available within the following locations
Bransholme Urgent Treatment Centre (1 x 18.75hours & 1 x 16 hours)
Beverley Urgent Treatment Centre (1 x 21 hours)
Hull Royal Urgent Treatment Centre (1 x 22.5 hours, 1 x 24.63 hours & 1 x 12.5 hours)
Bridlington Urgent Treatment Centre (1 x 22.75 hours)

What you’ll do:
Book patients onto SystmOne and maintain accurate records
Answer telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately
Support clinicians with home visits and help ensure visits are completed in line with clinical priority
Undertake equipment, vehicle and medication checks
Monitor waiting areas, complete patient comfort calls and support patient wellbeing
Provide professional administrative support to help the Urgent Treatment Centres run efficiently
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a range of tasks
Confidence working as part of a multidisciplinary team
A flexible and reliable approach in a busy healthcare setting
You might have experience in administration, healthcare support or customer-facing roles, and we welcome transferable skills from a variety of backgrounds
