Due to continued success we are expanding our busy service team and seeking an additional Technical Support Advisor.
This role is the first line of technical expertise for our authorised retailers and trade partners. Day to day, the Technical Support Advisors offer advice on identifying issues, diagnosing faults and guiding partners to a satisfactory resolution. Technical Support also communicate closely with our design, engineering and manufacturing teams, driving continuous improvement by feeding back insights gained through retailer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support to our retailers and trade partners via phone and email.

Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, networking, and configuration issues.

Recommend clear next steps: configuration changes, onsite solutions or return to manufacturer.

Reproduce reported faults where possible to assist with investigation.

Feed recurring problems and insights back to other teams within the business to drive continuous improvement.

Document cases, fixes, and known issues to help build our knowledge base.

Contribute to retailer training materials and technical documents.

Beneficial Skills:

Basic understanding of common home/retail AV setups and IP networking fundamentals.

Confidence supporting connected hardware, AV integration and similar technical products.

Basic understanding of electronic principles.
