Help us bring more moments of happiness, connection and meaning to people’s lives
At Social-Ability, we believe everyone deserves moments that make them smile, feel connected and truly engaged: no matter their age or circumstances.
Our award-winning Happiness Programme uses interactive light technology to create joyful, meaningful experiences for people living with dementia, learning disabilities and a wide range of other needs. We see, every day, the impact a simple moment of connection can have:
“It’s like watching someone come alive again.”
“The lights brought my mum back to me — even just for a moment.”
“We’ve never seen this level of engagement before. It’s beautiful.”
We’re looking for someone who shares that belief and wants to help more people experience those moments.
The Role
As Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted face of Social-Ability for our clients. You’ll help care homes, hospitals, schools, libraries and community services get the very best from our technology: ensuring teams feel confident, inspired and supported.
This is not a traditional account management role. It’s a chance to combine relationship building, training, technology and purpose: helping organisations create better experiences for the people they support.
You’ll be home-based, with regular travel across your region and two days every month at our Tonbridge head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, supportive relationships with our clients and become a trusted partner
- Deliver engaging training sessions that inspire teams to use our Happiness Programme creatively
- Visit client sites to encourage best practice and maximise the impact of the programme
- Support clients with software updates and ensure they are always using the latest features
- Monitor account health, engagement and quarterly performance metrics
- Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the wider Social-Ability team
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys helping people.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience in account management, customer success, training or another client-facing role
- Confidence delivering presentations and training sessions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Pipedrive
- The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- A practical, hands-on approach with good technical confidence
- A genuine interest in making a positive difference
Experience working with care, health, education or community organisations would be valuable, but above all we’re looking for the right attitude and values.
Benefits
- £35-45,000 OTE (basic salary + quarterly performance bonus)
- Company car provided (upon request)
- Flexible home-based working
- Supportive, purpose-driven team culture
- The opportunity to do work that genuinely improves people’s lives
