Job Description:
We are seeking applications from energetic and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing a 5 Star Customer Service.
Our Shell Little Waitrose Horley, based in Brighton Road, Horley has a vacancy for a Customer Service Champion. This position is offered minimum contract hours. It will mainly be to provide cover at short notice on a variety of shifts, including weekends. We anticipate 4 shifts per week. A successful candidate would be offered permanent hours if they became available.
Previous experience of working at a Petrol / Service Station or Supermarket is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Our colleagues make sure that our service station is always a welcoming place for customers. They help to keep our customers happy and safe. As part of their job role, they ensure the station is clean and everything working well but most importantly they will enjoy helping customers to have a great day.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
· Welcoming and Greeting Customers
· Providing great customer satisfaction through excellent service
· Keeping the service station looking great
· Maintaining a fully stocked store and following stock management procedures
· Understanding our customer needs
· Promoting our customer loyalty app
We are looking for people who will always be friendly and welcoming to customers, giving them full attention, and treating them like their guests.
You must be a great communicator, a super team player, and be able to deliver exceptional Customer Service.
