Job Type: Casual / Zero Hours Contract
Pay: £15.00 - £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
About the role
Ekota Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Cricket Coach to join our coaching team and support the delivery of cricket sessions for children and adults.
The successful candidate will help players develop their cricket skills, confidence and enjoyment of the game, while supporting our player development pathway and creating a positive, inclusive coaching environment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging cricket coaching sessions for children and adults
- Support player development and progression through our cricket pathway
- Plan and deliver fun, inclusive and structured sessions
- Encourage participation, teamwork and personal development
- Create a safe and positive environment for all participants
- Work collaboratively with the wider Ekota Academy team
Requirements
- ECB Level 2 Cricket Coach qualification (essential)
- Experience coaching children and/or adults
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire players of different abilities
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment
