We are seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist / Nail Technician to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a strong desire to help clients look and feel their best. Responsibilities
- Provide a range of beauty treatments, including Builder Gel, Hard Gel, Acrylic nails, waxing and tinting essential. Lash lifts, brow lamination a bonus but not essential.
- Maintain cleanliness of the salon and workstations.
- Treatment timings within industry standard timings.
- Nail art also essential.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client flow while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or Nail Technician with relevant qualifications recognised within the industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times. Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for the beauty industry, possess good organisational skills, and be committed to delivering outstanding service in a welcoming setting.
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
