HW Facilities is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Office Cleaner to join our team.
This role is based across two nearby sites, located approximately 10 minutes walk apart. The successful candidate will work 5 hours per day at one site and 2 hours per day at the second site, ensuring both locations are maintained to a high standard.
We work with some very well-known brands and have a large portfolio of clients.
We provide daily cleaning services, industrial cleaning, window and building cleaning, washroom services, and much more!
Job Summary:
As a Cleaner, you will have the all-important duty of enhancing our clients’ spaces. You’ll be part of a friendly team working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.
You will manage and complete various cleaning tasks safely and effectively, promptly reporting any issues and safety hazards. Your safety is critical to us, so we will ensure you know our latest policies and provide the necessary training to perform your role.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Responsible to the Team Leader.
As a Cleaning operative, you will be expected to:
- Cleaning offices and meeting rooms
- Maintaining washrooms and toilet facilities to a high standard
- Cleaning kitchens, tea points and communal areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and general cleaning duties
- Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
- Ensuring all areas are clean, tidy and presentable
- Following company health and safety procedures at all times
To be successful in the cleaning operative role, the skills you will need:
- Self-motivation, flexibility, and enthusiasm.
- Organisational skills.
- Awareness of relevant Health and safety practices and procedures.
