Immediate start - We are a looking for a motivated individual to join our rapidly expanding, independent property inventory company, Mirror Image Inventories on a full time basis. Working with agents and landlords across London all successful candidates will be working on a freelance basis which allows for flexible working, and as all jobs are paid on a per job basis you are in control of your earnings. The successful candidate will be motivated, have high attention to detail, excellent time keeping and a can do attitude. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work to deadlines is imperative in this role. Full training will be given on our software however 2 years experience in property inventories is essential.
The successful candidate must be proficient in spoken and written English.
Role will include:
Collecting keys and attending properties
Compiling inventory and check in reports
End of tenancy check out reports
Mid term inspection reports
Documenting meter readings
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: £1,500.00-£3,000.00 per month
