Junior Chef / Chef de Partie (Temporary to Permanent)

Black Rock Beach Club is looking for a motivated Junior Chef or Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
We're ideally looking for a self-employed subcontractor, although employed arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a stunning seaside location, gain experience across multiple sections, and develop your skills alongside an experienced and supportive team.
The Role
You'll work across a variety of kitchen sections, including:
- Salad preparation
- Dessert section
- Pizza station
- Outdoor wood-fired pizza kitchen
- Supporting the wider kitchen team wherever required
The role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to learn from experienced chefs in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working in a busy kitchen
- Remains calm and organised under pressure
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Is keen to learn and develop their culinary skills
- Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food
