Responsibilities
- Lead generation through social media management, networking, and utilisation of online platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Managing candidate pipelines using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS systems.
- Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and aligning their skills with client requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring timely placement of candidates.
- Utilising Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking candidate interactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and providing strategic advice on talent acquisition strategies.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources and social media management for recruitment purposes.
Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and relationship management within the recruitment or human resources sector.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management tools for sourcing candidates across various channels.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing candidate data and client relationships.
- Experience working with HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently with excellent organisational skills, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- A good understanding of human resources principles and best practices in talent acquisition.
