Job Description:
This is an office-based role where you will work closely with our operations team. You will be responsible for coordinating service engineers’ schedules, liaising with clients, and managing administrative tasks such as compiling and filing reports. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and leadership skills, a friendly can-do attitude and an interest in learning the technical aspects of our products to better support our clients and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage engineers’ schedules to ensure efficient use of time.
- Liaise with clients to schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service.
- Compile, file, and maintain accurate service reports.
- Provide real-time support to engineers while they are on the road.
- Assist clients with equipment breakdowns and other service-related issues.
