Are you a highly organised administrator with a passion for the arts and education? Bristol Old Vic Theatre School is seeking a proactive Short Course Operations Officer to coordinate the seamless delivery of our vibrant youth, adult, and professional short course programmes.
Working flexibly for 12.5 hours per week (with a starting salary of £9,375–£10,156 per annum, based on a £30,000–£32,500 FTE) on a 12-month fixed-term basis, you will act as the operational heartbeat of our department. From managing room bookings and schedules to onboarding freelance tutors and serving as the friendly, first point of contact for learners and parents, your meticulous attention to detail will ensure an outstanding, inclusive experience for everyone involved.
To thrive in this role, you should bring proven experience in coordinating education, arts, or customer-facing events, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will need a strong understanding of safeguarding and GDPR compliance, top-notch digital skills, and a solution-focused attitude.
