Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Ad Hoc Night Shift Site Warden to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of our facility during overnight hours. This role involves monitoring premises through surveillance systems, conducting regular patrols, and responding swiftly to any incidents or emergencies. The ideal candidate will be a dependable team player with a keen eye for detail, ready to uphold security protocols and prevent loss or damage at all times. Duties
- Conduct CCTV surveillance to monitor activity across the site, identifying suspicious behaviour or security breaches.
- Perform routine patrols of the premises, including entrances, exits, and restricted areas, to ensure integrity and safety.
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, assessing situations accurately and coordinating with emergency services if necessary.
- Complete a cleaning schedule of buildings, facilities and outdoor areas
- Process the laundering of racewear as used through day
Skills
- Knowledge of lone worker procedures and external monitoring
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during overnight hours in a quiet but vigilant manner..
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Clear communication skills for reporting incidents accurately
- Self motivated and able to work through a task list without supervision
- Dependability and integrity to uphold security standards consistently during ad hoc night shifts.
