- Head Chef – £75,000 – £85,000
- Junior Sous Chef – Up to £51,000
- Senior Chef de Partie / Strong Chef de Partie – Up to £45,000

We are currently recruiting experienced chefs to join an exceptional fine dining restaurant in East London.

We are looking for passionate professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment and are committed to delivering exceptional food using the finest seasonal ingredients.
We are hiring:Head Chef
- Proven experience leading high-performing fine dining kitchens.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, GP, stock control and labour management.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Junior Sous Chef
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef.
- Experience managing sections and supporting junior chefs.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Senior Chef de Partie / Strong Chef de Partie
- Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or strong Chef de Partie.
- Fine dining or luxury hospitality background.
- Excellent organisation and service skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fine dining restaurants, Michelin-standard kitchens, luxury hotels or private members' clubs.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail.
- Right to work in the UK.
