Team Member – Volcano Falls Adventure Golf Castleford

Helping put the Fun into Golf...
We are a family entertainment provider with sites across the UK. Our adventure golf sites are a fantastic blend of indoor golf, food, drink and of course fun! This site has two to 18-hole courses with digital darts and a fully licenced bar.
As a Team Member for Volcano Falls, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a FUN experience when they visit us.
Whether you are helping on the courses, serving customers at the counter or bar we will need you to always do it with a smile.
What you’ll be doing:
· Greet customers around the site, operate the tills, serve at the bar and clean the facilities
· Strive to constantly achieve the highest operating standards as our head office guidelines state
· Ensure that all our customers are having a great time and always look to do your best
· Strive to learn and develop in your role
We take training seriously. That is why you will be trained in all areas of the business. We work hard to ensure your role has variety as well as meaning that the business has the most practical operation.
