Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CDP Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quality dishes, assisting in the kitchen, and ensuring food safety standards are maintained. The hours 9 hours per day / 5 days out of 7. Weekend work will be necessary and your own transport due to our rural location.
Responsibilities & Skills
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in the organisation and management of daily kitchen operations
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Serve food to customers when required, ensuring prompt and courteous service
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills
Pay: £13.25-£14.00 per hour
