We are looking for a new experienced Barista for our new venue in Brighton. Our team of baristas are trained and serve a range of food on the go, pastries, cakes and treats as well as having a fully licensed bar throughout the day and evening
All of our positions have progressional career steps at every venue. This role would suit an ambitious experienced barista looking for their next step, as the role with have leadership duties too
You will be working alongside the team and reporting directly to the Managing Director
Produce the highest quality drinks, whilst ensuring our customers feel valued
Create an enjoyable working environment, working individually when needed or bringing the team together in reaching store targets, maintain high standards of customer service & compliance
What we're looking for?

- although static shifts are the norm, availability to work flexible hours is a bonus, offering morning, mid-shift, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including Coffee, Tea and alcohol too
- Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
- Operate Coffee Machines and other equipment to make drinks
- Prepare and present beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Coffee Service/Bar area
- Assist with food preparation and ensure food safety guidelines are followed
- Clean and sanitise utensils, equipment, and work areas
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Knowledge of or Barista trained
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
