We are seeking an energetic and passionate Dance Teacher to inspire students of all ages and skill levels through the art of dance. In this dynamic role, you will lead engaging classes that foster creativity, confidence, and physical fitness. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging dance lessons tailored to students’ ages, abilities, and goals across various dance styles such as ballet, tap, street/jazz (Saturdays) and lyrical/contemporary, acrobatics or cheerleading (Weekdays).
- Demonstrate proper technique and movement fundamentals to ensure safe practice and skill development
- Create a motivating and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and artistic expression
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
- Organise or assist with dance performances, showcases, or exams to showcase student achievements
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of dance techniques, terminology, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students
- Ability to demonstrate choreography clearly and effectively teach complex movements
- Passion for fostering artistic growth and building confidence in students
- Relevant certifications or training in dance instruction or related fields are preferred but not mandatory
- Build strong relationships with dancers and parents
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends

Pay: £18.00-£25.00 per hour
