Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality window cleaning services for a variety of commercial and residential clients. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction. A valid driving licence is essential, as the position requires travelling between sites.
Duties
- Clean windows on both commercial and residential properties using appropriate tools and techniques
- Operate specialised equipment such as water-fed poles, and cherry pickers safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all cleaning equipment and supplies
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage scheduling and travel between multiple job sites throughout the day
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in window cleaning using traditional and water-fed methods; training will also be provided for the right candidate
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
