We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bar staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage the preparation of beverages, including cocktails and specialised drinks, maintaining high-quality presentation.
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and hospitality to guests.
- Monitor stock levels of beverages and supplies; organise stock rotation and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Train new staff members on service procedures, safety protocols, and product knowledge.
- Handle customer queries or complaints professionally to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management on promotional activities or special events at the venue.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Experience in serving beverages and managing bar operations effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team efficiently.
- Previous hotel or barista experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
