The cafe operates from 7am - 4pm Monday - Sunday

As a Cook, you will be essential in delivering high-quality meals and ensuring food safety standards are met in our kitchen.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen.
- Supervise kitchen staff and manage food production to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and a positive dining experience.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and inventory, ensuring all supplies are stocked and organized.
- Provide leadership and training to new staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a kitchen environment
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and hygiene
- Background in hospitality and customer service
- Familiarity with food production processes and team management
- Previous restaurant experience, including serving and customer interaction skills
