LTS Group is looking for compassionate, engaging and dedicated individuals to join our growing outreach team supporting vulnerable children and young people across the London Borough of Enfield and surrounding areas.

Important - Please Read Before Applying
The majority of the children and young people we support are currently out of school and receive tuition and mentoring during the school day. Most placements involve supporting each learners for at least 10 hours per week, typically delivered across multiple sessions during the week.
Applicants must therefore be able to offer regular daytime availability during term time. Unfortunately, this role is unlikely to be suitable for candidates who are only available evenings, weekends or outside normal school hours.

About LTS Group
LTS Group specialises in high-quality, personalised SEND and Alternative Provision support for children and young people aged 5–19+. Learning is delivered between 8.30am and 3.30 pm in most cases as the children are out of school.
We support learners who may:
- struggle within mainstream education,
- experience emotionally based school avoidance,
- present with SEMH needs,
- have autism or ADHD,
- require behaviour support,
- or need a more flexible and nurturing approach to learning.
We work collaboratively with families, schools, Local Authorities and professionals to provide tailored support packages that help young people re-engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes.
About The Role
You will work on a 1:1 basis with students:
- in the home,
- within the community,
- at school,
- or in outreach settings.
Sessions are personalised to meet each young person’s educational, emotional and wellbeing needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 support sessions
- Adapt learning approaches to meet individual needs
- Build positive and consistent relationships with young people
- Support emotional regulation and confidence building
- Encourage engagement and positive routines
- Complete brief session feedback and reports
- Work collaboratively with families and professionals

Essential Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong communication skills
- Access to transport is helpful depending on location
