Bathroom Fitter / Plumber – South Devon

We are looking for an experienced Bathroom Fitter / Plumber to join our growing family-run business, working across the South Devon area.
We have been trading for over 30 years and have built our reputation on delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service. We are an ambitious company looking to expand, so we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and become an important part of the team.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out bathroom renovations from start to finish, working alongside our existing team and subcontractors where required.
We are looking for someone who can confidently manage a bathroom installation from beginning to completion, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and customers are kept happy throughout the project.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified plumber
- Have proven experience in bathroom renovations and installations
- Be capable of managing a bathroom project from start to finish
- Have good general building skills
- Take pride in their workmanship and attention to detail
- Be polite, professional and well presented
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be hardworking and take responsibility for their work
- Be ambitious, driven and keen to progress
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
