Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Sales Manager to join our vibrant sales team. Duties
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet company targets
- Support B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by engaging with corporate clients and partners
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals through coaching and encouragement
- Utilize Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, manage customer data, and analyse sales performance
- Assist London Sales Manger with price offers documents and any other sales related documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product development to align sales initiatives
- UK Driving Licence required / not flexible!
Skills
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Proven experience in B2B sales environments with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms for effective pipeline management and analysis
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and drive results in a fast-paced setting
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively
