As part of that journey, we are looking for a Business Operations Manager to help strengthen our operational foundations.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Growing businesses often focus heavily on sales, clients and delivery.
The operational foundations that support those activities can easily become fragmented.
This role exists to ensure that operational activities remain organised, visible, controlled and effective.
You will help ensure that important business activities are completed, monitored and improved.
THE ROLE
This role combines operational administration, reporting, governance support, business continuity activities and marketing administration.
You will work across multiple business functions helping to maintain the operational integrity of the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating operational activities across the business
- Maintaining operational records, logs, schedules and reporting
- Supporting finance, HR, facilities and supplier administration
- Monitoring recurring business activities and review schedules
- Supporting governance and compliance administration
- Producing operational reports and management information
- Supporting business continuity activities
- Coordinating marketing administration, communications and website updates
- Maintaining CRM and marketing records
- Improving visibility and follow-through across the organisation

- Operational risks and gaps are identified early
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Operations, office management, business support or similar experience
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence working independently
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Reporting and KPI administration
- Finance or HR administration
- Marketing administration
- Process improvement
- AI tools and technology platforms

Pay: £37,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
